Return Policy:
Due to the nature of products carried by SIM Toy Shop, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns are accepted except for manufacturer defective items or damaged packaging.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
To provide the best customer service possible, SIM Toy Shop has implemented a hassle-free return policy for defective and damaged items. Products with manufacturing defects must be returned within 90 days from receipt and require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Here’s how it works:
- Click the email icon at the bottom of SIM Toy Shop Home page or compose an email to simtoyshop@sexualintimacymatters.comrequesting an RMA number for your return merchandise.
- Pack all items to be returned in a shipping box.
- Make an itemized list if more than one product is defective/damaged. Include list with product(s).
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box to expedite the return process.
- Once the return is received and processed by the wholesale distributor, your credit card will be credited.
SIM Toy Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend that all packages be fully insured for your return order in the event it is lost or damaged.
DAMAGED PACKAGING:
If you receive an order with items damaged within the inner box (with no outer box damage), please send an email to simtoyshop@sexualintimacymatters.com within five days from receipt. In the rare occurrence the items inside move around enough to damage packaging, we will make every effort to correct it and will assist you in returning the damaged product.
If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, or has been opened or re-taped, a claim must be filed with the carrier at the time of delivery. Please make sure the driver notes the damage.
In the case you need to file a claim, make sure to provide the carrier with the following:
- Pictures and documentation of the damage.
- The original cartons and packaging material, to be inspected by the carrier. (This is required by all carriers.)
- Original sales invoice for cost reimbursement.
Once you receive your claim reference number, contact simtoyshop@sexualintimacymatters.com so we can be there to support you in the process if you need assistance.
SHIPPING:
Shipping methods vary and are selected at the discretion of the wholesale distribution company (Honey’s Place). Shipping is set at a $10 flat rate for the customer.
